Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping within Japan is a flat rate of 660 yen (tax included) per order. Additional postage maybe required for deliveries to remote islands or other areas.

Shipping within Japan usually takes about 0-4 days after the order is completed. Shipping to countries other than Japan will take about 3–7 days after the order is completed.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:‬

‭ We offer international shipping to the following countries: U.S.A, CANADA and UNITED KINGDOM

Upon Checkout there is a standard rate for international shipping.

‭ Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once‬

‭ a shipment reaches your destination country. if they are applied are your responsibility as the customer.‬

‭ REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES‬

‭ We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original‬

‭ condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.‬

‭ In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible‬

‭ at info@wearekyodai.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
